Grilled goat haloumi appetizer salad
180g goat haloumi
2 red onions
2 zucchini, sliced into thick rounds
3 tbs extra virgin olive oil
2 limes - juiced
fresh ground pepper to taste

preheat grill, slice haloumi and drizzle with oil, drizzle oil on red onion and zucchini slices, grill haloumi, red onions and zucchini until beginning to brown – turn frequently; when browned all over transfer to large platter and drizzle with olive oil and lime juice; sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper and serve warm.
