Artichoke, Goat Cheese and Chicken Pizza
Olive Oil
125g goat curd
1/2 cup goat ricotta
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1 pizza base (25cm)
1 cup artichoke hearts
2 sliced tomatoes
2 tblsp parmesan
1 tblsp fresh oregano

lightly fry sliced chicken and dried oregano, season with salt and pepper; remove from pan; heat oven to 200 C; mix goat curd and ricotta in a bowl; spread evenly over pizza base; top with chicken, artichokes and tomatoes, sprinkle with parmesan bake until parmesan turns golden and pizza cooked (10-15 mins) sprinkle with fresh oregano and serve.
