Goat Ricotta Gnocchi
750g Goat ricotta
3/4 cup hard cheese, grated
1-1/2 cups plain flour
2 teaspoons salt
2 egg yolk


combine ingredients (except 3/4 cup flour) in bowl – mix with hands until ball forms roll on floured surface into sausages cut in 1 1/2 cm pieces. boil until they float. scoop them out.
